In 2012, CleanOil Zhuhai Investment Co., Ltd., (Hong Kong) established Zhuhai CleanOil Petrochemical Ltd. (“Zhuhai CleanOil”). Zhuhai CleanOil occupies an area of 35,000 sq.m, investing 40 million US dollars to build an advanced oil refining base, now with more than 100 employees. In 2013, Clean Oil Group and Jebsen Group reached a strategic partnership, with Jebsen Industrial Technology Ltd. investing in Clean Oil Zhuhai Investment Co., Ltd. On November 4, 2015, the oil refining project of Zhuhai CleanOil was officially put into operation.
Zhuhai CleanOil is committed to producing high-quality base oil with petroleum refining devices, and making use of the research fruits of lubricant of Hong Kong Clean Oil Co., Ltd. and selecting imported base oil and additives to produce "Clean Oil" brand lubricant, which is extensively applied in the fields of automobile and industries, with an annual output of lubricant predicted to reach 35,000 tons.
