Scope
The ultimate goal of the Big Beaver Corridor Study is to establish the design framework for Big Beaver Road as a world class boulevard. To accomplish this goal, the Study includes the following elements:

Background Analysis.   An inventory and analysis of existing conditions including streetscape, land uses, infrastructure, and transportation.

Public Involvement.   Vision Fair and Workshops with experts, stakeholders, and the public.

Goals and Strategies.   Framework for the Concept Plan.

Concept Plan.   A plan for general land use, traffic management, focal points, gateway features, and unifying elements.

Implementation Plan.   A guide for executing the recommendations of the Concept Plan.
