A final draft of the City of Marshall Master Plan for Land Use is nearing completion. Prior to its adoption, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the draft from the public. As soon as a date for the hearing has been chosen, it will be posted here. A notice will also appear in the local newspaper.
